Mix all ingredients except the butter in a mixing bowl.
Heat pan to Medium heat
Melt a pat of butter in the pan and scoop batter into pan 1/4 cup per pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on top and pancakes are golden brown on the bottom
Flip and cook until golden brown on second side
Repeat steps 3 through 5 until batter is gone. (Be sure not to let the pan over heat!)
