Brown your beef add onion flakes stir constantly. This will cause the meat to fill the whole chili not in clumps.
When brown, still on heat, add beans and peas. Stir well. Add crushed tomatoes and sauce. Add all your ingredients together stir well.
Let simmer stirring occasionally. Cover let sit for 15 minutes.
Serve, garnish with red pepper flakes. Hope you enjoy! I also had mine with a cornbread muffin.
