AMIES Chocolate with Cashew Nuts BROWNIES

Cream butter and add sugar. Cream thoroughly. Add the eggs one at a time. Combine the dry ingredients. Add to the butter mixture and best until blended. Stir in chopped nuts.

Pour into a square or rectangular pan (a 13" x 16" serving tray may be used). Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C or until done. Cut in square shapes.
