Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Add salt and put the fagiolini. Let it boil. Turn down to the medium heat when boiling. Cover with a lid leaving it just slightly ajar.
Cook for 30-35 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. Spoon into the serving dish when done. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
Serve warm or cold. Share and enjoy.
