  4. 2 tsp sweet basil
  5. 1 tbsp parsley
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tbsp granulated garlic powder
  8. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  9. 4 1/2 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  10. 2/3 cup sugar
  11. 1/2 cup water
