use start tip on decorating icing ice top of cupcake pulling upwards toward you. cut marshmallow in half. and also cut a small piece in ends so they will stick together. add icing on brown m&m apply eyes. apply orange m&m for nose. cut oreo in center apply mouth enjoy.
