Step:

  1. Cook Japanese noodles in boiling water for 4 - 5 minutes.

  3. Keep noodles in the fridge while you make the egg crepe.

  4. Make egg crepe. Follow my egg crepe recipe.

  5. Shred imitation crab meat and seaweed.

  6. Place noodles on plate. Add egg crepe, crab meat and seaweed on top of noodles. Sprinkle sesamd seeds on (optional)

  7. Pour Japanese cold noodle soy sauce on noodles before serving.

  8. Mix well and eat!
