Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. In mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar substitute, flour, & vanilla until well blended.

  2. In small bowl, combine egg replacement & water. Mix until combined well. Then add to other mixture & mix well.

  3. Add chocolate chips & butterscotch chips. Mix well. Pour into pie crust.

  4. Bake for 1 hr or until golden brown. Let cool.


Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup butter, melted
  2. 1 cup sugar substitute, such as splenda/truvia (can also use reg sugar)
  3. 1/2 cup Rice flour (or whatever flour you would like)
  4. 3 tsp egg replacement powder
  5. 4 tbsp warm water
  6. 1 tsp vanilla
  7. 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  8. 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  9. 1 unbaked pie crust
