Step:

  1. Mix brown sugar, basil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a small bowl.

  2. In a large bowl, drizzle oil over vegetables.

  3. Toss well to coat.

  4. Add seasoning mixture.

  5. Toss well to coat.

  6. Place vegetables in a grill basket or rack, or thread onto skewers.

  7. Grill over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.

  8. *If using sweet potatoes, pierce them with a fork and microwave 2 to 3 minutes on high or until tender, before grilling.*

  7. 6 cup assorted cut up vegetables, such as asparagus, yellow squash, zucchini, red onion, sweet potato, and bell peppers
