Grated bottle guard
Heat ghee in a pan and add grated bottle guard/dudhi /lauki till.
Cook till soft
Add milk and cook till soft
Add sugar and mix well
Add milk powder or mawa and chopped dry fruits and saffron strands. Mix well and cook till mixture thickens and strata leaving sides
Cook uncovered till ghee start separating. Lastly garnish with some more dry fruits and serve hot or cold.
