Step:

  1. At first wash the chicken pieces well

  2. Now prepare a marination with the hung curd, ginger and garlic paste, chilli paste,coriander leaves,kasuri methi,salt n1tbspn oil

  3. Now marinate the chicken pieces and keep aside for 1hr

  4. After marinating for an hour heat a pan and add oil

  5. Once the oil is heated add the chopped onions​and fry till it becomes trancelucent

  6. Now add the marinated chicken pieces along with the marination and fry

  7. Fry it on a low flame and cover it.

  8. Stir it ocationally till it becomes tender.

  9. Finally add crushed kasuri methi and serve it hot with chapati or paratha


Ingredients

  1. 500 grm Boneless chicken
  2. 1 bunch Coriander leaves (nicely chopped)
  3. 1/2 cup Hung curd
  4. 2 onions (chopped)
  5. 1 tbspn ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  7. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  8. 1 tsp chat masala
  9. 1/2 tsp garam marsala powder
  10. 2-3 tbsp white oil/butter
  11. to taste Kasuri methi
  12. to taste salt
