Step:

  1. Wash the poha 2-3 times & soak in water for 10-15 min. or till it gets soft. Drain.

  1. 1 cup mango puree
  2. 1 cup yoghurt
  3. 1/2 cup flattened rice / poha (I used brown poha)
  4. to taste sugar
  5. pinch cardamom powder
  6. 1 tsp. rose water
  7. 2-3 tbsp. raisins
  8. as needed dry fruits to garnish
  9. pinch saffron to garnish
