Chop the cauliflower into preferred pieces, chop the potatoes into quarter sizes, chop tomatoes, chop the onions into cubes, chop the green pepper and chop the carrots.
Add one cup of water over heat and add the cauliflower to cook for 3 minutes. Make sure you add a pinch of salt.
Prepare the frying pan, place over heat and add cooking oil.
Add little olive oil, 2 TBS lemon juice, dried oregano, dried basil, salt and red chilli powder. Add carrots and tomatoes and Mix well.
Add the Cauliflower to the carrots and stir.
In a baking dish place the potatoes. Bake the potatoes for 10 mins. Make sure you sprinkle black pepper and any other spice that you want before baking.
