In a rice cooker, cook one cup of rice
In a cup, mix the vinegar, salt and sugar. In an open basin pour the hot rice then pour your vinegar mixture and mix using a spatula.
After mixing move all the rice to one side then let cool while covered with a dump cloth.
Spread your sea weed on a sushi mat then spread the rice evenly
Make sure all your vegetables are chopped into thin long strips.
Next add your vegetables on top. Do not over add.
Roll the sea weed around the rice using the sushi mat. This forms a nice round roll.
Then comes my worst part. Cutting into nice bite size pieces.
Enjoy with your favourite sauces. I used Kikkoman Soy sauce as a dipping sauce.
