Step:

  1. Peel the parwal and make a cut mark at the both end

  2. Slice the onion and ginger

  3. Heat a pan add oil and fry the whole garam masalas

  4. Add the sliced onions,ginger and garlic fry well

  5. Add tomato,salt and turmeric powder

  6. Remove the pan from heat and allow the fried masala to cool

  7. Now add oil and fry the whole jeera and red chilli

  8. Add the parwal and fry adding salt and turmeric powder

  9. Fry the parwal on low flame covered by the lid

  10. Now make a paste of the fried masala

  11. Add. The cashew nuts and raisins while making the paste

  12. Now add the paste into the pan and mix it well with the vegetable

  13. Add the curd (beaten well) to the vegetables mix well

  14. Add sugar mix well

  15. Finally add the garam masala powder and switch off the heat

  16. Serve it with rice or roti and enjoy


Ingredients

  1. 500 gms parwal
  2. 2 onions
  3. 1 inch ,ginger
  4. 4-5 garlic cloves
  5. 1 tomato(sliced)
  6. 4 pieces of,whole garam masalas
  7. 1 tsp whole jeera
  8. 1 whole red chilli
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
  11. 2 tbspn curd
  12. 7-8 cashew nuts (roasted)
  13. 5-6 raisins
  14. To taste salt
  15. To taste sugar
  16. As needed oil for frying
