Step:
Peel the parwal and make a cut mark at the both end
Slice the onion and ginger
Heat a pan add oil and fry the whole garam masalas
Add the sliced onions,ginger and garlic fry well
Add tomato,salt and turmeric powder
Remove the pan from heat and allow the fried masala to cool
Now add oil and fry the whole jeera and red chilli
Add the parwal and fry adding salt and turmeric powder
Fry the parwal on low flame covered by the lid
Now make a paste of the fried masala
Add. The cashew nuts and raisins while making the paste
Now add the paste into the pan and mix it well with the vegetable
Add the curd (beaten well) to the vegetables mix well
Add sugar mix well
Finally add the garam masala powder and switch off the heat
