Mix the flour,baking soda and salt
Now add oil and prepare a dough.keep it for rest
Heat a pan roast the semolina.
Add the crushed khoya and sugar and milk to prepare the filling.
In another pan take the water and sugar and place it on heat to prepare the syrup.keep it aside.
Now take small portion of the dough and roll it into the shape of a Puri.
Then place 1tea spoon filling and fold
Take a clove and lock the fold with it.
Finally fry the latika and keep it in the sugar syrup for 15-20mnts.
Sprinkle the roasted seasame seeds and serve.
