Step:

  1. Pound garlic , ginger and chilly by pestle and mortar

  2. Brown chicken by dusted with corn starch ,bring to fry on medium heat ,sprinkle vegetable or olive oil in pan fry until chicken turn brown

In another pan ,add oil and sauté ginger ,garlic ,chilly ,stir until get the fragrance , about 3-5 mins ,add chicken , pepper corns seasoning by fish sauce ,soya sauce ,oyster sauce ,black soya sauce ,fish sauce,sesame oil ,black pepper ,sugar ,stir to mix well ,add Basils ,hot Basils ,kafir leafs ,stir to mix all well again ,taste and serve with steamed jasmine rice ,enjoy :)

Ingredients

  1. 3 Chicken breast / cube cut into bite size
  2. 1 1/2 Corn starch
  3. 150 grams Ginger / chopped
  4. 4 clove Garlic
  5. 10 as needed Fresh chilly
  6. 6 as needed Pepper corns
  7. 2 bunch Hot Basils
  8. 2 bunch Sweet basils
  9. 10 Kaffir leaves
  10. 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  11. 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  12. 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  13. 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  14. 1 tbsp Fishsauce
  15. 1/2 tsp Sugar
  16. 1/2 tsp Black soya sauce
  17. 1 tbsp Olive oil or vegetable oil to fry
