Step:

  1. preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. place raw dough on pizza pan and bake for 10 min. let rest and set aside.

  3. in a skillet saute all turkey topping ingredients until veggies are tender but still a little bit crisp in center. remove from heat and set aside.

  4. for the sauce: in a medium saucepan.. melt butter and wisk in flour... slowly wisk in milk until none left. keep wisking vigorously until no lumps remain and is thickening up. low heat and rest of ingredients wisk until combined and thick. set aside.

  6. assembly: flip crust over so the bottom part that is now browned is on top. spread sauce over pizza crust...

Ingredients

  1. turkey topping
  2. 1 large green pepper/ jullienned
  3. 1 large onion/ jullienned
  4. 2 tbsp jarred minced garlic
  5. 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  6. 1 1/2 cup shredded turkey ( I used leftover thanksgiving turkey)
  7. 4 oz can sliced mushrooms drained
  8. for the white sauce
  9. 3 tbsp butter
  10. 3 tbsp flour
  11. 3 tbsp jarred minced garlic
  12. 1 cup shredded parmesian cheese
  13. 1/4 cup motzarella cheese
  14. 3 tsp italian seasoning
  15. 1 salt and pepper to taste
  16. 1 cup cold milk
  17. other
  18. 8 oz shredded motz cheese or provolone cheese
  19. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  20. 1 large uncooked pizza dough (homemade or storebought)
