Step:

  1. COOK UDON NOODLE ,,,,,,bring a pot of water to a boil and add udon noodle and let it simmer for 13 minutes then drain and plate it

  4. Bring a pot of water to a boil the quick blanch leeks for 2 minute then drain and ( quick blanch beans sprouts for HALF A MINIUTES ONLY THEN DRAIN )

  3. PRAWN NOODLE SOUP
  4. 1 1/2 liter water
  5. 1 packages store bought ready yo use penang prawn paste
  6. GARNISH OPTIONAL
  7. 1 cup leeks
  8. 2 cup beansprouts
  9. 1 onion
  10. 1 tbsp coriander leaf
  11. MEAT TOPPING OPTIONAL
  12. 6 prawn optional
  13. 1 hard boiled eggs
  14. 5 baked thinly sliced cured ham
