In a pan roast salt for few secs remove in a bowl then roast papdi khar...
Blend salt, papdi khar, oil with water...
In a bowl put besan, ajmo and black pepper mix it well...
Bind a soft dough using water/oil mixture...
Grease gathia machine, put papdi gathia mould and put half of the dough.
Deep fry gathiya on medium flame till all done, should not be brown...
Serve with sambhaaro and Fried Chillies
