Step:

  1. Base:
    Bind soft dough using all ingredients with warm water, and let rise for an hour and half.
    Punch back, make 3-4 balls, roll (into 1/2 the size you need for thickness) then lay on greased trays poke with fork and let rise for another 20mins.
    Then bake in oven on 200C to pinkish brown colour remove and let it cool, can toss upside down if top is done and bottom is soft, finish baking all. Keep aside

  2. Sauce:
    Boil in 1 cup of water the following ingredients carrot, tomatoes, salt and chillies, when tomato is soft remove from flame and let it cool. Blend all ingredients along with boiled tomato into fine paste.

    Toppings:
    Toppings depend on individual but base, sauce and cheese is must

    Instructions:
    On each pre baked base put enough of tomato paste and spread evenly.
    Sprinkle veggies evenly
    followed by dried thyme
    Also put chicken, beef fillet and sausage chunks evenly.

  3. On top of all sprinkle cheese
    Bake on 210C til cheese melts

  1. Base dough:
  2. 3 cups Maida (All purpose flour)
  3. 1&1/2 tsp Yeast
  4. 4 tbsp Olive oil
  5. 3 tbsp Milk powder
  6. to taste Salt
  7. 1 tsp dried Oregano
  8. Sauce:
  9. 7-8 Tomatoes (chopped)
  10. to taste Salt
  11. to taste Chilli powder
  12. 1-2 Red chilli/Harbanero chilli or Chilli sauce
  13. 1 tbsp Olive oil
  14. 4 tbsp Tomato puree
  15. 1 tsp Oregano and little Thyme or Basil
  16. 1 Carrot (chopped)
  17. Toppings:
  18. 1/4 kg Chicken boneless cubes and 1/4 kg Beef Fillet cubes (pan fried in little butter add garlic paste, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder)
  19. as needed Veggies of yor choice, then chop them finelly (i use Capsicum, French Beans, Sweetcorns, Onions, Mushrooms and Olives)
  20. 5-6 Sausages (boil in water for 5-10 mins), when cooled down chop them
  21. as needed Mozarella and little Cheddar cheese grated
